No. Our maintenance plans are transparent. Any additional costs, such as new equipment or major upgrades, will always be discussed and approved in advance.
1 Can NETWARE act as our in-house IT department?
Yes. We offer dedicated IT support plans where our engineers work as your in-house IT team. With a custom maintenance plan, our staff can be assigned to your office during working hours (typically 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) to provide full-time support, system monitoring, and daily IT operations.
This solution is ideal for companies that require continuous IT support without maintaining a full internal team.
2 How fast is your support response time?
Response time depends on your selected plan. Typically, we respond within 3–6 hours, with priority support available for higher-tier plans.
3 Do you provide remote and onsite support?
Yes. We provide both remote support for quick issue resolution and onsite visits for maintenance, troubleshooting, and system checks.
